 NetUP was founded in 2001 by Moscow State University graduates. The business was focused on serving the needs of fast-growing telecoms market.
Initially, the company developed real-time billing automation software for IP services, capable of direct interfacing with networking equipment via a number of up-to-date protocols and standards. Later the business expanded into development of IPTV headend systems. Over the years attention has been always focused onto delivering reliable, high-performance but cost-effective solutions. Use of optimized algorithms and up-to-date technologies led to over 2,000 installations of NetUP software.
